Processing Guidelines
- No compounding or vulcanization required; process on standard thermoplastic equipment with good flowability.
- Blending modification: For PP toughening, POE loading ≤20 %. Higher POE content improves impact strength and elongation, while tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus decrease accordingly.
- Additives: Antioxidants, softeners, fillers and colorants may be added as needed. Scraps & runners are recyclable; recommended recycle fraction ≤30 % to minimize property degradation.
